Training Schedules / Options
Fit 4 Change Team Mississippi
This team will consist of individuals who are current residents of the State of MS, have a strong desire to change their lives and get healthier, will make a commitment to this program for 12 weeks, have a body mass index of 25 or greater, 18 years of age or older and meet all requirements as set forth by Paul Lacoste Sports. Team members may also be employees/designees of companies & corporations who are sponsors of the 2012 Paul Lacoste Sports Fit 4 Change. In addition these are individuals who have not trained with Paul Lacoste Sports in the past unless otherwise approved by Paul Lacoste.

Timeline for program
- Last day to register - January 4th at 5pm
- Pre medical Evaluation - January 5th (1:30 pm - 4:30 pm) at the Capitol
- First day of training and Pre-fitness Test - January 10th
- Post Medical Evaluation - Tuesday, March 27th Jackson State University during your selected training times
- Post Fitness - Wednesday, March 28th
- The Paul Lacoste Sports 5K - Thursday, March 29th at 5pm meet and 6pm race starts
- Last Date of training - March 30th
- State of Fitness Address each Wednesday at the Capitol
Rules
- Attendance (No more than 6 absenses unless approved by PLS.)
- Attend the Pre and Post Medical Assessment
- Attend Pre and Post Fitness Test
- Attend Paul Lacoste Sports 5k
- Awards limited to Team House and Team Senate
- Financial buy-in – Participants must mail a check to PLS PO Box 1998 Ridgeland MS 39158.
Make checks payable to Paul Lacoste Sports in the amount of $720!
This check will not be deposited unless you fail to complete this program for any reason whatsoever. Team Mississippi will receive their checks back at The Paul Lacoste Sports 5K upon the completion of the program. Participants are not eligible for consideration into this program until your check is received - Mandatory: 1-Page Testimonial on why you should be selected to participate.
Training Location: Jackson State University Walter Payton Center
Onsite security will be provided by JPD officers from 4:15 am to 7:30 am each day.

Training Times: 5:00 am to 6:00 am or 6:00 am to 7:00 am

PLS Intense - The Signature Paul Lacoste Sports Workout.
PLS Low Impact - The Signature Paul Lacoste Sports Joint Friendly & Modified Challenging Workout.
